Dinner with the Thornock's

My January meal plan goal went really well... we ate well most nights, I didn't have stress out about figuring out what to make for dinner and we stayed within our eat out budget. Now, granted we more than blew our grocery budget, but part of that is that we had to completely restock out pantry at the beginning of the month. We had NOTHING after Christmas. Anyway, since it went so well, its more of the same for February. Here's what we'll be eating. =)

- Leftovers
- Ginger Stir Fry
- BBQ Pork Ribs
- Mormon Mommy Casserole
- Wontons
- Haystacks
- Oven BBQ Chicken
- Pizza
- Taco Bean Soup & Quesodillas
- Chili
- Enchiladas
- Pork & Pineapple Veggies
- Parmesan Chicken
- Fondue (Valentines Fun!)
- Pizza
- Honey Lime Chicken Sandwiches
- Crock Pot Roast
- Tacos
- Chicken & Rice
- Lasagne
- Chicken Pockets
- Pizza
- Purgers and Fries
- Beef Stew
- Burritos
- Chicken Creole (my grandma's recipe)
- Eat out
- Lousiana Red Beans and Rice (Brian's choice)
- Pizza

Yum! Can't wait for some of these meals!

This is seriously amazing! I can only manage to plan out 2 weeks at a time! I keep telling myself that when I'm done with school I'll be better about cooking, but I really need to get on the ball..even though we're usually gone from 6-6 everyday. Maybe I'll try a monthly menu this time around...

Keep the meal plans coming!! This is something I struggle with too. I have tried to be really good about planning a week at a time. If I have a plan then I don't stress about what to make for dinner. If I don't have a plan, then I haven't gone shopping, there's nothing in the cupboards and I just don't know what to make for dinner. AHHH! Isn't it funny what our challenges are? I really like how you had some theme nights in a an earlier post...fun.
